: One of the most underrated chronographs out there, the Movado Sub
: Sea stands out thanks to a superb design, a great movement and
: an exceptional construction. In particular, the case made by
: François Borgel , famous for having produced the case of the
: Patek Philippe 1463 chronograph.

: This exceptional example from the 50s (no “M” on the dial above
: the Movado logo) features a rare design: all silver dial, with
: golden sub-registers hands (including the two usual serpentine
: hands), long tritium indexes and a chapter ring, where most
: references show a tachymeter scale.

: Oh, the best part ? This exceptional timepiece comes with its
: original box, guarantee booklet and tag.

: Details

: Brand: Movado
: Model: M95 Sub Sea
: Year: Circa 1950
: Case materiel: Stainless steel
: Movement: M95 hand-winding
: Diameter: 35mm

: Condition

: The watch is in mint condition. The dial is exceptionally well
: preserved, the handset is perfect, the case is most likely
: unpolished and scratch-free. Pushers and crown are original and
: also in top condition. The watch has never been sold in retail,
: but bought from an old watchmaker stock, explaining why the
: guarantee booklet is free of writings and retailer stamp.
