FS: ROEN "Poor man's Heuer Monza" Reverse Panda Racing Chrono

For sale from my personal collection is this amazing seventies ROEN Reverse Panda dial Racing Chronograph featuring a Landeron 248 movement.

Does it look familiar? Well it’s like a poor man’s Heuer Monza! ROEN was a Swiss manufacturer of watches which went under at the end of the seventies.

The watch is in a very nice vintage condition, it has got a scratch free acrylic domed crystal and a classic reverse panda dial, beautiful black dial with white recessed subdials, combined with a white tachymeter ring.
The chronohand is bright red, the others silver. The stainless steel case is unpolished and the original sunburst brushing on top is still clearly visible.

Diameter without the crown is 35mm, with crown 38mm, 39,4mm length, 13,6mm thickness, because of the form of the case it wears bigger than the numbers suggest.
The stainless steel case is unpolished. Lugsize is 18mm and the watch comes on a new leather Rios rally strap.

The Landeron movements runs fine, keeps good time, the chronograph starts, stops and resets like it should, the pusher action is crisp. Unknown service history.
