Please see our ChronoTrader Policies and Terms of Use. Learn more about How To Include Photos In Your Postings.

Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. I am offering the much sought-after Patek Philippe model in steel - Nautilus, reference: 5712/1A-001 that comes in complete set of three boxes - Caliber 240 booklet - moonphase setting pin - all paperwork. The warranty certificate is sealed, signed and dated by the US authorised dealer in 2013. If necessary, I will demonstrate authenticity/warranty certificate to the buyer. I can film the watch and provide you with any information you may need, subject to you seriously intend to buy the watch.

Stainless steel case. Screw-down crown. Sapphire-crystal case back. Water resistant: 60 m. Case diameter (10-4 o'clock): 40 mm. Height: 8.52 mm. Self-winding mechanical movement. Caliber 240 PS IRM C LU. Power reserve indicator. Seconds subdial. Dial: black-blue. Steel bracelet. Nautilus fold-over clasp.

Movement: Automatic Caliber 240 PS IRM C LU. Diameter: 31.00 mm. 29 Jewels. 48 hours power reserve. Frequency: 21,600 v.p.h. Date, Hours, Minutes, Small Seconds. Moonphase. Power Reserve Indicator. 2013: Patek Philippe seal on rotor.

As you likely know this stainless steel edition is impossible to find in boutiques. In talks with European Patek Philippe dealers I've learned that awaiting list/time for the 5712/1A is up to seven years. Aftermarket for this model is currently on inconceivable peak, in some cases up to 100 grands for a brand new watch. I assure you, even the authorised dealers, at their own risk, if you are very lucky, are easy to offer you a double price. And we are talking here of more than £60k

Condition: I would rate my watch condition as 9.5/10. The watch functions are flawless, doesn't require service, it passed all necessary checks.
A bezel and polished steel parts of the bracelet have little signs of normal wear. The original owner has been very accurate with it. I do not dare to polish it with a third party jeweler. It is up to you whether it needs polish out or not. For me it is perfect. Those imperfections can be seen in pictures. There is no dings or other marks.

Asking price: $59,900 US dollars or best offer. You won't find a better deal. As I have been listing this particular watch for a while, I will consider all offers except trade-ins. Suggest your best price. Of course, I much prefer deals in Europe due to speedy delivery, that takes less than 24 hours, but I can ship outside EU as well. I'll give you 14 days for verification or return. That's easy to do in Europe, but is more complicated if you are elsewhere. We can discuss this option in private talk. In case of the refund I will not recoup delivery fee.

International trading references: simply ask. For the last few years I've sold and acquired some pricey luxury watches in Europe and Asia.

Personal pick-up in Newport, UK.
Payment: Bank wire with invoice and swift. I don't accept cash.
International high priority express delivery with DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT.
Delivery times for the rest of the world depend on the country of the recipient and will be known upon request for delivery
