ORIOSA Skin Diver Chronograph

From the great period of swiss watchmaking, well known for great manufacturers like Movado, Rolex, Omega, Eterna, Longines, Jaeger LeCoultre, IWC, Cyma, Tavannes, Mido, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, Piaget, Vetta, Mulco, Nimer, Mimo, Girard Perregaux, Cartier, Breitling, Doxa, Favre Leuba, EPSA, Titus, Zenith and so on......

BRAND HISTORY:

Oriosa watch was an old wacth brand from"Ostersetzer & Cie.", of Vienna, Austria. The brand was registered to them in 1956. They also held the rights to "Gloriosa", a brand they sold watches by in the UK.

Ostersetzer & Cie. , are still around, but have quit watchmaking. They're now into selling watch parts

"Oriosa" was also a second label used by Buren, and then Buren-Hamilton, in the Austrian market, because "Buren" was already trademarked.

There's one of the last Hamilton produced in Lancaster (PA) in final 70's /Early 80's.

This is a Vietnam era Khaki Field watch, the parachute logo homages all aviation groups during the Vietnam war and WWII.

CONDITIONS:

Watch it's just been checked, its work well in all his functions
Bachelite bezel is in great shape and the dial is in pristine conditions.
Case is shining and it hasn't pitting or damages
