Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. FSOT: Grand Seiko Limited Edition 500pz Hi-Beat SBGJ021

Discontinued Grand Seiko Limited Edition 500pz Hi-Beat SBGJ021, mint and full set.
Colours of dial and oscillating weight are not chosen at random, Mount Iwate is what the fine watchmaking people of Seiko see when they look through the windows of the Shizuku-ishi Watch Studio in Japan.
This is the place where mechanical watches of the Grand Seiko collection are being manufactured. In the morning, with the clear sky, the Mount Iwate gets this deep red colour, the inspiration for the dial of this timepiece.
The oscillating weight has a different colour pattern, using blue, purple, orange and yellow. These are the colours that can be seen on Mt.Iwate at the break of dawn.
They managed to get these colours on the weight mass made of titanium and tungsten using an oxidation treatment.
As always case, dial, indexes and hands have a finish that is almost beyond comparison to other watches in this price range.
40mm case that wears very comfortable on the wrist, screw-down crown with GS logo and sapphire crystal.
Grand Seiko calibre 9S86 with Gmt function and power reserve of circa 55 hours.
Full set: box, outer box, cartoon sleeve with the bar-code model, original tag, operating instruction, inspection certificate, warranty booklet dated 2017 and full length bracelet.
My request 5300 pounds.
Face to face in London always preferred.
Plenty of feedback available.
Thanks
