Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. Hi all,
For sale is one of the most coveted watches in vintage Seiko world due to its attractive military style dial and rarity. Rumor has it that this model was issued to the Japanese Military. This particular one is all original (watch only, no original bracelet) with a very clean dial, clean lumes on the dial and hands (there is some tiny black spots on the hands if you look very closely), lume plots all intact. No repaint or no relume on this watch. The sweep second is a bit lighter in color compared to the sub register hand which is normal as it ages at a different rate. Sweep second on earlier issues is the "two parts" with the little rubber dot, while this one is the later issue watch thus the single sweep hand.
The case is unpolished, it still retains all factory lines, sharp and clean with no signs of corrosion. Movement is very clean. No service history but the watch is working flawlessly. It runs accurately, the chrono function starts stop and resets to zero with sure clicks, day date also function.
Will ship with a standard nato strap. I'm asking USD 800 including paypal fee to anywhere in the world using standard uninsured EMS service. For insured/other preferred courier there's going to be a different rate. Please email me if interested.
Thanks,
Haris
