FS: Seiko 6139-7011 Military Dial JDM

Hi all,

For sale is this rare and one of the most coveted watches in vintage Seiko world. Seiko 6139-7011 is the only chronograph with military dial (with arabic numbers as markers). Rumor has it that it was used by the Japanese Military (Japan Self Defense Force) although no one can really confirm about it. Apart from the rumors or supposedly military provenance, this is a handsome watch by itself.

The watch is all original with no repainting/relume (no original bracelet). The dial is very clean and the colors are still sharp. The lume plots on the dial are all intact and clean. The hands are all original. The sweep second is a little lighter in color compared to the orange subregister hand which is normal as they age at different rate. The lumes on the hands are all intact and pretty clean (you can notice some tiny black spots on the edge of the lumes if you look close enough).

The case is unpolished with all the factory lines visible, with some hairline/fine scratches due to usage. Movement is very clean, running normally and accurately although service history is unknown. All functions work, starts stops resets correctly. Day and date settings work.

Asking for USD 800 including paypal fee shipped all around the world by standard uninsured EMS (additional shipping if using insured/other couriers). Email me if interested.

Thanks,

Haris
