FS: Jaeger LeCoultre Memovox E875 Speedbeat

For sale is an Jaeger LeCoultre Memovox E875 Speedbeat FULL SET. This is an extremely rare complete set which was sold on Jan 17, 1973 in London. The watch is in outstanding condition. Please note that the previous owner had the E875 dial replaced with a period correct E876 dial.

Specifications and Condition Report
Crystal: good condition with minor surface marks
Dial: E876 dial in outstanding condition, absolut clean and crisp. Please refer to the high resolution pictures for reference. The reference E876 was produced by JLC during the same period as the Ref. 875, however the dial features printed numerals rather then indexes as the 875 dial.
Hands: Hands appear all original and hour, minute and the chronograph seconds hand are in almost perfect condition. When activated with UV light, the lume on the hands and the markes glow for a short time.
Crowns: Original JLC signed crowns
Case: Big 37 mm case in good vintage condition with surface marks consistent with the age of the watch. Crisp lugs, the case appears upolished.
Caseback: Beautiful and original caseback with JLC logo, Memovox Speedbeat markings and serial number.
Movement: Cal. K916 automatic winding „Speedbeat“ movement , 28800 beats per hour.
Bracelet: unsigend new leather strap with generic steel buckle.
Accessories: The watch comes with as full set with original JLC box, guarantee paper dated Jan 17, 1973, hangtag and a later invoice when the watch was resold in 1997.
Function: All functions operate as they should. The alarm sounds loud and clear. The watch shows keeps very good time.
Dial, crowns, caseback and movement signed.
