FS: Heuer Montreal 110.503B Blue Dial Cal.12 *PIC*

Since 1967, the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal has been part of the Formula One World Championship. In the early 1970s, Heuer named the newly developed chronograph after this city to emphasize the brand's close association with racing.
The Heuer Montreal 110.503 was introduced in 1972. The connection to racing and the relatively short production period of the MK1 version (from 1972 to 1976) makes this chronograph a first-class collector's watch. There were three dial variations - black, blue and white.

The dial is absolutely free of scratches with even blue color throughout. The luminous material has a matching and even creamy patina. A small imperfection to note is part of the luminous material on the hour hand has cracked (only really visible on close up inspection). The case is near perfect with strong brushing, original fluted pushers, and a signed crown.

The Montreal is powered by the manual wind movement Caliber 12. The winding crown is at 9 o'clock, as it is usual with the legendary calibers 11 and 12. Many Heuer fans love this position of the crown, as these wristwatches are very comfortable to wear on the wrist.

In addition to the beautiful dial layout, the case size makes the Montreal even more attractive. The Montreal's 42mm case fits perfectly on any wrist and is very comfortable to wear. The watch is accompanied by an unbranded, vintage NOS stainless steel bracelet. Email me for information or images.

TAG Heuer has made new releases of Monaco, Silvestone, Monza and Autavia. But there is no reedition of the Montreal, making it even more attractive to collectors.

PRICE: EUR 3300 or USD 3950 (Incl. shipping by Express Courier).
