Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. A rarely seen vintage 1974 (N4) Caravelle all stainless steel automatic calendar 11UOACP 17 jewel watch with quick date function.
Found in a local estate sale.
You manually advance the calendar feature in second position (toward you). It tells you when each date in the month falls on which weekday. When the month is up, you adjust it to the correct setting for the new month. A very cool complication.
Comes on a vintage tapered stainless steel bracelet. Fits a medium to large wrist.
Watch is running and quick date and calendar function work. I have not tested accuracy or duration.
See photos for actual condition. Watch has nice wrist presence at 40.5 mm wide.
As service history is unknown, a cleaning and service is recommended for optimal performance.
