FS: Early 1970s Beautiful All Original Movado El Primero Chrono *PIC*

Offering this beautiful all original Movado three register Chronograph with the venerable El Primero movement. While I can’t declare this watch NOS condition, I would certainly rate it as a 9.0 to 9.5 out of 10. The beautiful blue dial, hands, and crystal are flawless, and the unpolished tonneau shaped stainless steel case retains its original brushed finish. There are a couple extremely minor marks to the case which are somewhat difficult to photograph and the caseback has a couple minor tool marks from caseback removal but overall you would be hard-pressed to find a finer example of this watch. I’m afraid to open the caseback, it’s not a screw-off caseback and I’m afraid to damage it, but will guaranty the movement is the all-original El Primero in fine condition. The watch keeps excellent time, chronograph function works and resets to 0 properly. These were made under both the Movado and Zenith name due to their collaboration of that era. Often times this model is found with deterioration to the dial, the dial on this one is perfect, no flaws whatsoever.
The size is really great for most wrists at 38mm w/o crown x 47 mm. Really just an awesome 1970s chrono with some serious style. It will come on the generic blue leather strap with deployant.
Price is firm at $3995 (not in a rush to sell this one) and includes US shipping. Shipping outside the US can be discussed on a case by case basis with references. Payment will be by PayPal with any fees incurred by the buyer. Scammers, please don’t waste my time or yours, Watch will simply not ship until funds in hand. Feel free to ask any questions.
