FS: 1964 vintage Heuer Carrera R72 - ALL ORIGINAL *PIC*

1964 Heuer Carrera Chronograph R72

This is a 1964 vintage Heuer Carrera chronograph in exectional condition. Quad signed and all original accept the strap. MINT silver dial (original - not refinished) with raised gold markers and gold hands. Gold plated case (recently replated in 24K gold - looks much nicer than the yellow gold plate used on this case) and SS screw back. It measures around 36mm excluding the signed crown. The manual wind 17 jewel Valjoux cal 72 runs great with all functions working properly. Recently oiled and timed with a new balance installed. New black 60s NOS Hadley Roma croc strap and crystal. One tiny dent in the center of the crown signature and some very slight fading on the outer marker ring. This is the nicest Carrera I have ever worked on or seen in person. The pictures speak for themselves and if you have been looking for one of these then you know the value. $1800. CCs and PayPal accepted in the US and Canada only. Other countries, Western Union money order or bank wire transfers (add $42.00 for bank fees) accepted.

Insured shipping in the US around $30.00
USPS shipping overseas with insurance costs about $25.00 to $35.00 and I will not ship there without insurance. Due to new USPS shipping rules it is nearly impossible to ship insured and avoid duties paid in most foreign countries so don't ask for lowered value claims on the custom forms. Also, if there is any damage or loss during insured shipping, I will only send a refund AFTER the claim has been paid by the shipper. I now again ship to FRANCE, ITALY and SPAIN but only Federal Express at rates of $50.00 to $60.00USD - this should avoid prior problems with the postal system and customs hold-ups. I DO NOT SHIP TO INDONESIA OR MEXICO. Allow 10 days for checks (US only) to clear. Same day shipping for MO's and Western Union Money Transfer. Wire bank transfers - enquire.
