FSOT: Heuer Monza CR2111 'Classics'

You may often see Tag Heuer Monzas for sale but you'll seldom see these limited edition Heuer Classics CR2111 especially the silvery/white/cream (more on that below) dialled variant.

Firstly a little about the model

Originally sold in the early 2000 these were the first of the “new” Monza series released, the CR2111 and were available with a white or black dial. This first series did not have the Monza name on the dial- nor a TAG Heuer Logo- simply “Heuer”.

A bit of spec

TAG Heuer caliber 17, 37 Jewel movement with constant seconds, date and chronograph with minute and hour counter.
The case is stainless steel (polished and brushed), diameter 39.5 mm, thickness 13 mm with sapphire crystal

Heuer signed crown

This particular watch...........

It's in very nice condition. A few minor marks othe case but minor. Keeping great time, chrono functioning correctly and will be checked over prior to despatch by my watchmaker

The dial is gorgeous it's billed as white but takes on a silver to cream colouring depending on how the light hits it

These watches came with a wonderful Heuer signed deployment which this one still retains. I've popped it on a tan suede rally but it will take any suitable (read thin) 20mm lug width strap

This one is number 1917 of the limited run of 2500 which is signed on the case back

As pictured below it also comes with its origina Heuer Classics cylindrical box, a little worn but not too bad.

Difficult to price but I'm asking £1200 for this. I'm happy to consider any trades especially vintage Heuers, vintage Omegas and vintage chronos

pics taken under in hi def to show any marks
