FS: 1969 Cal.861 Omega Speedmaster 145.022 ST

For sale a cal.861 Speedy 145.022 ST 69 in beautiful original condition. The dial is a thing of beauty with the lume on the hands and hour indices faded to a soft tobacco colour, so inspired by this I had Stewart make me one of his sweet rally bands. The bracelet is a bit of a unique one and has been the subject of some discussion on WUS Omega forum. It seems to be an original US market J.B. Champion made bracelet with an Omega clasp stamped No12 the end links are stamped 47 and these also seem to be original Omega (some gold ones on eBay right now). The end links are 20mm but seem slightly loose in the lugs but that is no real issue. The caseback bears the hippocampus and is quite worn but still visible. All in all this is a great vintage Speedmaster keeping excellent time and all chrono functions working as they should. I am asking $2500 firm for this one and an additional $150 for the strap if required for a nice change. Shipping can be discussed and I will offer some discount to bona fide CT members.
