FS: Heuer 18k moonphase chronograph

Solid 18k gold cased Ed. Heuer & Cie. two-register chronograph with modified valjoux 7734 manual wind movement and moonphase. I just picked this up in Europe a few weeks ago and was stunned at the condition. It is exquisite. Overall in stunning condition. 18k case and caseback with metal dustcover. Gilted valjoux movmement. Signed Heuer crown. Beautiful gold hands and gold dial with black markings. Flat pushers operate the perfectly functioning chronograph. Originally, designed and made for Abercrombie & Fitch (hence movement is not signed), this model is extremely rare and may have been made in a private batch or for employees. It is 100% original and in 100% perfect working order. I was in St. Imier Switzerland and got verification from a repair manager that this indeed is a complete and original Heuer. You just don't ever see these for sale. Comes on croc strap. Lugs are 19mm using the female type springbars. Price is $2000 plus shipping.
