FS: 70's Heuer Autavia GMT automatic chronograph SUPER *PIC*

Hello all,
This Autavia GMT is in excellent condition. I don’t think you could find another this nice, period. I bought it near mint and then sent it to Jack Alexyon at Industrial Watch Works (IWW) for the “spa” treatment, which he just completed at a value of $500. Here are the details:

MOVEMENT: This is the awesome Calibre 14 micro-rotor automatic movement with chronograph module. The movement has just been completely overhauled. Everything functions perfectly, smoothly, and accurately. Watch comes with original crown and pushers. The pusher tubes have been replaced. All gaskets have been replaced. This watch has an excellent power reserve, and can be wound manually. The chronograph has main seconds, right subdial 30 minute, and left subdial 12 hour totalizers. The date is located at six and turns right at midnight.

DIAL: As you can see, the dial and hands on this watch are absolutely pristine. No blemishes or fading at all. The colors are all bright and original. I had Jack reluminate the markers and hands with superluminova in the original colors (the original tritium, of course, was not glowing at all). This watch GLOWS like CRAZY.

CASE: The case is in good shape and has its original finish with no modern polishing. There are some scratches around the lugs, but otherwise perfect shape for a 30 year old case. Number between the bottom lugs: #11630 ; between the top lugs: #310411. There are no markings of any sort on the caseback. This watch will be sold on a new 20mm Gray NATO strap.
A brand new mineral crystal is installed, and the original mineral crystal will be included with sale.

BEZEL: There are faint hairline scratches on the red/blue 24 hour bezel, but you can see the colors are bright and not faded. These bezels are nearly impossible to find, and you never see them in this excellent condition. The top triangle dot has been painted at IWW with new superluminova to match the dial markers and hands.

DIMENSIONS: 41mm X 48mm X 15mm X 20mm lugs.

CONDITIONS: I am asking $1,850 for this watch including new NATO gray strap, shipping in the ConUS, and PayPal fees (PayPal OK!). Contact me at AS355Fone@aol.com or (520)661-6664.

Thanks for looking,
