FS: The rare and highly sought after Jo Siffert Heuer Autavia $2190
I have for sale the highly sought after Jo Siffert Heuer Autavia Model 73363 made famous by that great Formula One Driver. The combination of white dial, black sub dials and blue chrono hand is just gorgeous. These watches are appreciating in value as quickly as any watch I know.
This is a big old watch…about 42.5mm without the crown and 14 mm in height. The watch is all original and correct and all functions work perfectly. The automatic movement (Valjoux 7733) is running well and keeping good time.
The watch is in very good condition with only the regular scuffs and dings you would expect from a 1970 watch that has been worn regularly. It is not perfect, but could be buffed out very nicely. The black bezel only has minor flaws. It does not demonstrate the wear that many old black bezels do. If you buy the watch I can give you its history back to its original purchase. Hopefully the pictures will tell the tale.
The watch comes with a NATO strap and is on a beautiful shark strap that matches wonderfully. This watch is currently selling for $2400-2600 regularly and climbing. It is one of the most valued of all the vintage Heuers. I have discounted it to allow you to get it buffed out.
I will include express shipping (I hate to wait when I want a watch). I prefer and will accept paypal with no fees, but will accept any form of payment. I have many references on all the boards. Keep in mind, this is not the Tag Heuer re-edition, but is the original vintage Heuer!
