Re: Reduced to $1,500 Omega Seamaster 300 1966

Omega Seamaster 300 1966

You all know this watch, this one I was going to restore but I just couldn't. This 300 has had a real life, wabi gold printed dial with original brass pencil hands. Original Omega signed crystal, 552 23 mil movement is clean and has been serviced, (running - very good time keeping wise, easily a daily wearer.)

Original bezel has had water ingress underneath acrylic-bakelite top but looks a lot better than the pics, couple small chips and cracks (seee bezel top pic).

Caseback was very worn (obviously worn a lot) and has had a light grain as has the sides of case, all as original finish.

Crown had been replaced with a shallower Omega type, so I have put a 60's crown on which matches. (old crown available but was not correct).

You hardly ever see the early ones any more as they have all been restored so here is a chance to have one from scratch. Head only.

Price $1,500

Payment by Paypal ok (split fees) but prefer cash in the UK. Shipping is £10 abroad Special delivery UK

Email me at info@atgvintagewatches for any questions.

Regards

Alistair

The watch is the one used in a comparison blog article from my site pointing out what makes a real Seamaster 300 as opposed to a fake.
