FSOT: Breilting Chrono-matic --Limited edition, 24 hour

Hello all!

I am reluctantly selling my beloved, limited edition Breitling Chrono Matic 24-hour (limited # 973/1,000). This is an excellent 24 hour tool watch…modelled to be a re-edition of the 19689 model (only smaller than the original's 48mm). The best Breitling has made since the 1960’s Unitime (in my opinion). It’s very easy to read and has an excellent, short duration chronograph (totalizers up to 30 minutes). It is, of course, a certified Chronometer with papers. It was bought new at a dealer in Portland in January. One scratch on the outside of the lower left lug. Otherwise in excellent condition. The watch has been worn but it has been babied.
Watch will be sold WITHOUT BRACELETS….It will be sold on a lightly used black Hirsch Rally strap with one extra hole punched through (for a small wrist).
This watch has the wonderful flyback automatic chronograph movement with date. The dial is configured for a 24 hour day with noon on top (my favorite). It is rated to 3 bars and has a functional aviation slide rule and tachymetre. The numbers glow very well making this a 24 hour watch that is easy to read at night.
All boxes and papers will be included.
The watch measures 44mm with a 22mm lug, but fits any sized wrist nicely.
My asking price is $3,350 or best offer, including PayPal and shipping USPS Priority in the ConUS.

Satisfaction personally guaranteed.

For this forum ONLY, I may consider trades for GMT type watches (especially Heuer Autavia GMT).
Cheers!
Keep the rpm's in the green...
