From the world's worst watch photographer, here is a super minty 100% original untouched Zodiac GMT with perfect black/grey bakelite bezel in original box, not an ebay after purchase (only reason I know because I bought the watch from 1st owner). Nice collector piece.
36mm diameter case without crown.
I will simply say everything is excellent and completely original with no imperfections, watch functions perfectly and keeps excellent time, including GMT hour hand movement, with the following highlights:
Negatives:
Original plexi has some small suface scratches that are NOT deep and will easily polish out in about 30 secs.
Outside of clasp has some light wear scratches, but NOT deep.
Some dirt on the inside of the clasp from wear, but will leave to show what it looks like without me touching it from the original owner.
No movement pictures...but if you really need them, I will open.
Positives:
Case back still has the factory vertical lines in the center and the writing is very clear proving how little this watch was worn.
There is "polished watch" and then there is an "factory polished watch." I have seen so many watches and this has not been polished ever in my opinion. The light hairline wear scratches are on top of the factory polish. Steel develops a very noticeable dullness to polished steel, which this watch has. Plus the beveled case edges are crisp, uniform on all lugs and untouched.
All lume dots fully present and creamy colored consistency with hands lume color.
JB Champion signed bracelet has dulled polished steel great patina matching case patina perfectly.
Enjoy my crappy photos. Will send more via email if desired.
Asking 1400 USD net or best offer if no interest at that price. $1400 includes world wide shipping tracked and insured. Paypal gift or bank transfer for payment.
Thanks CT and Jeff with shout out to Justin for the tagged pic movement! Lot of scammers lately.
