FS: STUNNING NIVADA GRENCHEN CHRONOMASTER VALJOUX 92

Hi,
I am selling this fantastic Nivada Grenchen Chronomaster Aviator Seadiver with Valjoux 92.
This example is from the early to mid ’60’s, and is the first generation style. It has a matte black dial with black sub-dials.
The 30 min sub-dial at 3 o’clock has a red triangle highlighting the first five minutes which count down from 5 to 1.

Case is untouched and in a very good condition with the bevels in the lugs intact.
Very often you will find these watches with polished lugs and bevels completely gone.
Caseback has all the correct engravings and Nivada logo.

Dial is in a superb condition. Under certain angles you will see an even stardust effect.
Dial has that very sweet charcoal colour.
Dial and hands have the original lume.
Hands are in a very good condition with no signs of corrosion. All the hands are correct for this model.

Original bezel and plexi, both in good condition.
Original crown with the Nivada logo.

Mechanically the watch is working perfect. It just had a complete service by Richard Askam.
So I give a 12 month guarantee on the movement.
Watch is keeping time very well, power reserve is impressive. Chrono working and resetting perfect.
Pushers are very clean and crisp.
