FS: Electra Super Submarine chronograph, Heuer Camaro look alike

Electra Super Submarine a.k.a "Yellow Submarine" - custom made watch put together from vintage parts - a Franken watch, but also most definitely unique in the truest sense, one of a kind.

Consists of these parts:

Chromed case, 37 mm excl crown and pushers, 19 mm lugs. Good condition, original brushing on the top, no wear of the chrome. The case is very similar to a Heuer Camaro.

Screw down steel case back, not original to the case but the threads fit nicely. The outer diameter should have been about a half millimeter wider though for a perfect fit. Dustproof - yes, waterproof - I don’t think so.

Chromed Breitling crown.

Manual Valjoux 7733 movement, works fine and keeps time. Chronograph hands start, stop and reset to zero.

Dial in matte black and white, good condition, the lume on the indices have aged nicely. The numbers in the sub dials are yellow, as are both chronograph hands. The dial was originally intended for a Landeron 248 movement and the dial feet have been removed so that the dial fits the Valjoux movement, it is now mounted using dial stickers so that it easily can be removed and refitted to the movement when it is time for the next service.

Custom made racing strap from db10.

Price 550 Euro. The watch is in EU, worldwide shipping possible. Several references from OTD/Chronotrader available.
