Vintage Bucherer 3 register Chronograph with the Valjoux 72 movement. 38mm Case show signs of use and general wear, but overall condition is good/fair and does not look like it has been polished. Bezel in good condition with no major chips or missing areas. All chronograph functions working well and the Valjoux 72 running extremely well and holds time just like my modern automatics. Second hand return crisp, but shows some bounce when it hits zero. Crystal is good with some swirls and one small area which I cant tell if crystal isn't fully clear around 4 o'clock close to center. Dial shows signs of age and patina when looked at very closely, but not when wearing. Could be cautiously restored by a professional, but can be worn as is and looks amazing on the wrist. Lume lights up on hands and bezel triangle under black light but hands fade back quickly. Bezel lume triangle holds charge for a little bit. Not many of these out there and a real looker of a watch which has a lot of presence. Leather strap in poor condition but buckle fine. 18mm strap. Email me for additional pictures. Unknown service history, chrono starts, stops and resets like it should , pushers work crisply, keeps good time. Valjoux 72 is unsigned but when you google this Bucherer it seems that most didn't have signed movements. I am not an expert so this is up to you to determine. I do not know the service history of this watch and can't make any statements as to its accuracy or running condition. Hit link below or email Email me for additional photos.
