Dear friend, just saying - the dial layout looks extremely same as the so called soccer dials.

But of course I would love to see any description that this beautiful watch was used for regatta race starts.

Where did you found the post about using it in french sailings? I only found a description with your words on "thebeautifulwatch"... please give more information.

Of course I don´t want to bash you or you watch, only want to know and learn why it earn the name "Yachting" as normally shown a 5/10 or 15 min countdown. I never saw any real regatta dial like that.
