FS: Heuer Autavia 1163V

A watch that needs no introduction. The unpolished Piquerez case has some modest scratching, but nothing horrific; it's an honest watch (the caseback, amazingly, is unscratched), with easy to read serial and reference number, and the double-V marking on the bottom right lug. The crown's signed, the pushers are fluted, and the bezel's just been cleaned out and clicks/turns fine. As you can see in pictures as well, there's a knick on the bezel at the m in Tachymeter.

The Cal 12 movement has been working accurately but intermittently; it's been in a drawer for years and ran well when I first got it, but has been having a harder time. When it does work, it keeps good time and the date flips from 10:30-midnight. The pushers are gummy but function, and the chronograph second-hand flips back to midnight correctly each time, as does the hour totalizer. The minute totalizer at 3 flips back consistently to 22, which should be fixed by resetting the hand. I'd bet this has never been serviced, and so would strongly recommend it, but, again, it's working fine at present.

Dial is spotless; all lume plots are full, and the hands are great other than a small (.5mm) hole in the lume of the minutes hand (the missing lume is still knocking around on the dial). Crystal's original and has light scuffing, but nothing awful.

Asking $2500USD on this. Happy to provide whatever's requested (references, more pictures), and to work out payment and shipping methods with buyer. Thanks for looking, and to Jeff/CT for the space.
