FS: vintage chrono; serviced 15.5"' Pillar, display case back

As stunning today as it was over 80 years ago......

Offering a Figaro chronograph housing an early 15.5 lignes Landeron Hahn pillar wheel movement from the 1930's.

The case and bezel are SOLID nickel with a stainless steel snap-on back. It features a step bezel and olive shaped pushers. The restored case was entirely refinished and then re-chromed. The case measures 40mm (without the crown) x 46mm (lug to lug).

This chronograph is offered with 2 case backs: the original snap-on and a new, custom made movement exhibition case back. Both are shown in photos.

The original black dial is in excellent condition and it is stunning. Dial features an outer telemeter track and an inner spiral track.

The complicated Landeron Hahn mechanical movement has been fully serviced and decorated to the state shown in photos.
The mechanism was completely disassembled, all parts cleaned and inspected for wear and tear.
The mechanism was then reassembled, oiled, greased and calibrated.
It is in excellent running condition.

ALL chrono functions are working correctly and watch keeps excellent time.

Comes with the 20mm strap shown in the photos.

One of a kind vintage.... ready to wear.

Located in the EU. Priced at 1600Euros (or equivalent in USD).
