FS: Very nice Seiko 6159-7001-- $8000

Hey all-

Had a few too many incoming recently, so need to thin the herd a bit. This is one I wear fairly often and have gotten a lot of compliments on it (especially the cool second hand).

Without further ado, up for sale is a very nice (imo) Seiko diver, some would say the GRAIL Seiko Diver, 6159-7001 from 1969. They were only made for a year, and as such are pretty rare. Some info on this particular piece:

Dial - Great condition.
Hands - Great condition, no blemishes to speak of.
Bezel - Scratch between 20 - 30 markers. Otherwise in really nice shape
Case - Various light scratches, could likely be removed with a light polish, but this is a watch that was used and not babied, so I kept them for character.
Crystal - Also scratched a bit, can find a replacement on ebay or some polywatch might do the trick
Movement - Serviced in 2015 by previous owner. I must admit, I have not opened it since I received it, and cannot find the images. If there is serious interest, I can have it opened, or will take a return if the movement is not original.
Band - Will come with original XGL 731 band, which has a slight tear in it

I'm asking $8000 even, which includes shipping and insurance in US.
Worldwide shipping is available but will be at cost.
Wire transfer preferable.
