FS: Cyma WWW Dirty Dozen British Army Wristwatch c.1945 *LINK*

Dear All

For Sale is this Cyma WWW Dirty Dozen British Army Wristwatch c.1945

As many of you may know these watches began being manufactured and issued to the British Army in early 1945. There were 12 Swiss manufacturers of the WWW watches and as such, the collection is commonly referred to by collectors and dealers alike as “The Dirty Dozen”. Only around 20,000 Cyma WWW watches were made for the British Army during WW2.

The Cyma WWW watch is in excellent original condition and is one of the very best examples you could ever hope to find.

The original factory dial has aged beautifully and has a wonderful tropicalised patina.

The hands and crown are all correct to the original specification of the watch.

As expected, there are a number of fairly minor scratches and marks to the outer casing of the watch which are commensurate with age.

The Cyma 234 calibre movement is currently running well and keeping excellent time and retains its original dust cover.

The watch diameter is 38mm.

Please see photos below:

The watch is listed for sale on our website priced at £1,795 which includes a newly fitted NATO strap and quality hand-made leather watch pouch. This price includes free shipping for members of Chronotrader!

All our items are guaranteed to be completely genuine and authentic. We offer a fourteen day "no quibble" money back guarantee on all the items we sell together with a full six-month warranty on all our wristwatches and clocks. This means that you can buy from us with complete confidence.
