Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. FS: Tudor Big Block

Big Block case with Rolex signed case back and Triplock crown in excellent condition.

I would rate the case as very good to excellent (9.5/10) with fat lugs and chamfers present.

It’s had one light polish in the past. There is a very small imperfection at the base of the 9 o’clock position (cannot see when worn)

almost like where the watch was rested over the years when unworn. It’s very slight, but there nonetheless.

Movement: Original Valjoux 7750. Winding and time setting is very smooth, and all chronograph functions work as they should. Date changes are crisp, and everything

resets to zero as it should.

Dial: Original silver panda dial marked “TUDOR OYSTERDATE”, “AUTOMATIC-CHRONO TIME,” and “T SWISS T.” Dial is matte silver with black sub dials in flawless condition.

In some light the dial appears white, other times a nice matte silver. The lume plots are all intact and match the hands. Notice the chamfered hour markers

and frame around the date window. This dial design was born on the earlier Big Blocks, but carried over to the 791xx series for a short time.

Best of both worlds in my opinion.

Date wheel: Original white date wheel, correct for the 79xxx series.

Crystal: Original with correct 2.5x date magnification. Acrylic has some light scratches, easily polished out if requested.

Bezel: Original fixed polished tachymeter bezel (similar in design and layout to vintage Daytona) in perfect condition. No missing paint, no edge wear.

Hands: Original silver hand set with matching lume, and correct black chronograph hand. There is very little corrosion on the hands.

Bracelet: Original 78360 in excellent condition with 12 links and correct 589 end links. Clasp date code is N11 and correct for 1989.
