FS: FS HEUER DAYTONA 110 203B *PIC*

I'm having to sell some of my collection to pay for a recent move of business premises. Sixth up is a Heuer Daytona 110 203B. This Daytona is not of the quality of the previous 5 Heuers but deserves it's place with these as being one of the best Daytonas I've seen. Generally the Daytona, like the Kentucky, seems to suffer badly from case/bracelet and dial damage. Clearly the design is flawed with the curved edges, that make it so distinctive, attracting damage. The integrated bracelet also seems to be problematic and the blue dial frequently discolours so it looks half blue and half smoke. This Daytona, however, has a perfect blue dial and the bracelet is original with signed deployment and the links are undamaged, there is a small dent on the deployment however. i believe the case has been refinished but the graining is restrained and looks original. The case has a number of marks and scratches, as can be seen in the photo. The crown and pushers are also original. Movement and back are all signed as you would expect. The Daytona was last serviced in late 2003. All chronograph functions work correctly, as does the automatic wind. Timekeeping is good with the watch loosing about 15 seconds per day. Obviously as it's last service was 5 years ago a service is due and this is something I'm happy to arrange.

I invite you to make an offer for the watch. I am happy to answer any questions about the watch/delivery/payment etc. & viewing can be arranged in central London. However I will not answer questions on who's offered what money for it as I have no intention of turning this into an auction. Please offer what you're willing to pay and let me know if you would prefer it serviced or as is.

Please email all questions and offers to: bamackie@mac.com

The photos you see are small jpegs of the watch, to see every detail please use the following links, the files are very large tif files that will allow you to carefully inspect every detail.
