FS: Universal Geneve dutch military 1939 *PIC*

With pride we present you this 1939 Universal dutch army watch. The watch has a 30mm chromed case with signs of wear. These cases were not made of steel as this was a scarce material in years of war. The watch has all the typical military characteristics. Black dial with radium lume and arabic numerals. The watch is produced by Universal, which was at the time one of the most prestigious Swiss watchmakers. This watch shows the crown over W, which was at the time the symbol for the dutch queen "Wilhelmina" These watches are produced in a limited number and are becoming increasingly rare. It is always interesting to wonder what a military watch has been trough, and this one being from 1939, it surely has seen a lot. The case shows signs of wear, showing us the watch was intensively used. The original radium has faded and there are also signs of wear on the dial. This all adds to the beauty of this rare military watch. The movement is very robust. It has been serviced and keeps excellent time. As most military watches, this one has solid lugs, to prevent the watch from being lost in battle. It is delivered on an olive green Nato, but the original black fabric strap will also be added. With this one on your wrist, you will be able to conquer anything! The price is 575 euros. Please contact me on info@perceptions.shop
