FS: Vintage Zenith Chronograph 146 HP Ref. AH 2711 reverse panda

Hello all, this guy is looking for a new loving home :)

WARNING, lots of heavily loaded photos below (22 to be exact).

The 38 mm case, I think, had been polished in the past. The bevels on 20 mm lugs still retain their original shape. Minor visible wears throughout the case and the caseback as shown in photos.

The 146 HP movement is keeping time well and functions well. The chronograph works and resets without a problem. However, I think the watch could use a service for daily use because I don't have the service history for it. NOTE : the hands on the minute and on the hour counter is a bit loose so they might not stay at 0 for daily use. Push the reset button and they will reset to 0 again. Furthermore, I remember my watchmaker said this along the way "the reset lever for this watch is a bit weak and needed a change already". I don't know what it meant but I thought you guys should know.

The dial is certainly not mint. It's kind of tropical? As you can see on the photos below, there are 2 scratches on the dial which are not visible when you are wearing it normally. But they are visible on certain angle or when you take a look at them very closely. Forgive my poor photography skills, please don't mistake the scratches on the crystal as the scratches on the dial. The scratches on the dial are at around hour 10 (number 70) and hour 5 (number 1000). Other than those, the scrathes you see are on the crystal.

This Zenith will come with its Extract of the Archive physically (hard copy printed by Zenith and sent to me) and in soft copy (PDF file)

One of my favourite watch but it's time to move on. Great proportion on the wrist, beautiful dial and a quite rare reference I might say.

Asking USD 5,500 + shipping to your doorstep (happy to discuss payment method). I'm located in Makassar, Indonesia. Unfortunately, I don't have any access to ParcelPro but I can and am willing to ship fully insured anywhere in the world. We can work it out :)

I've sold some watches here and off this site. References for me are of course available upon request.

Many thanks to Jeff and chronotrader for the space.

On to the photos :
