For sale is an all-original Heuer Autavia Ref:2446C GMT. I do not know the service history but the watch runs great and all functions operate as designed. Please review the pictures carefully and/or ask for specific pictures as I am attempting to present the watch in its actual condition. Always seem to have a bit of trouble posting pics so again, contact me and I can email directly. On to the watch...
Dial is very lovely! No scratches or pitting. The step subregisters are still perfect. Tritium lume is all original and has not flaked.
Hands are original, correct and match the patina to the dial lume.
The 24-hour bezel is original and has not faded and is really incredible for the age of this piece.
Case is sharp. I am not the original owner but the previous two owners (well-known OTD people and one a know Heuer expert) have stated it is untouched. You can decide after reviewing the photos.
I have recently sold a couple of pieces here on the site so am happy to provide references for serious inquiries. As previously mentioned, contact me if you woud like to see pictures from a different angle, tagged pictures, etc. There are also pictures on my IG feed @watches4william. I am not a watch dealer in any way but just a fellow nerd.
Finally, pricing. These have been very difficult to price fairly as few trade and even fewer have I ever seen in this condition. Kindly submit me offers. This watch is only being sold (as the others were) to fund my home remodel which has gone way over budget. Payment to be made via bank wire and possibly Paypal for the right buyer. Will also ship worldwide. Shipping will be included for fellow OTD members. Watch and myself located in Los Angeles and would welcome a face-to-face transaction.
