First off, I would not want to buy a watch from some idiot that opened it up themselves! Likely he let dust get into the mechanism and may not have resealed the case right so could have trashed the water resistance.
But as to whether it is authentic... that's a curious one. Based on the case and exterior, I'd normally have thought it was real. Even has an correct looking detail down to an authentic-lookung serial number in the right place.
But, the movement does not quite match the photos I have from OMEGA as to what an 1120 should look like:
Plus, if you look at the pin hole on the first bracelet link in photos 1 and 4, the hole is a different shape! In photo 1 it is round, in photo 4 it looks like an old fashioned keyhole. So is that even the same watch in those two photos?
So the evidence is somewhat unclear on this one. But I'd avoid it if nothing else for the fact that someone has done a home-job of opening the case. That and the movement not looking quite right.
If it is a fake, it is one of the best fakes I've ever seen. If it is genuine, I'd be curious to know more about the apparent downgrades in the detailing on the movement.
