Ling,
Now is the time to spend $10 to have a watchmaker take off the back and tell you if it is genuine. An Omega dealer might do it for free!
Although I've not done business with Jomawatch, they have been going for sometime without, as far as I am aware, any adverse comment.
As far as the documentation is concerned, if the watch were advertised as say, "new and complete", the paperwork should be with it - contact Jomawatch and ask.
If it were new but, say, a display model, then the paperwork depends on the advert
If it were secondhand and was not advertised with "all paperwork", you have paid for what you have received and have no reason for complaint.
Paperwork is not vital to the resale price of a watch but is a helpful selling point. Anyhoo, if you are going to keep it for 20 or so years, the paperwork will make little difference.

BTW, did your brother pay more or less than you?
