There are no standard signals of authenticity -- almost anything on an original could be copied on a fake. The best way to tell a fake is to have intimitely studied the details of the genuine originals so you can notice any errors or abberations in how those details were reproduced on the counterfeit versions. Sometimes these detail flaws can be as small as in the 100ths of an inch.
