Actually, it looks to me like someone used a paint program to intentionally obscure the PHOTO to not reveal the number.
Only faults I see in the eBay posting are the claims that it has a RARE DIAL and is the JAMES BOND STYLE model -- both of which are blatantly false. Possibly this jeweler simply hasn't dealt with Seamaster Professional models enough to realize this is a common model that has been out for over four years which has a different style than the James Bond series.
Otherwise, this seems to be a legit watch listed by a seller with an incredibly good feedback record (100% positive on over 1000 transactions!).
