The photo is too poor to show any detail. From one of the photos, it looks as if there is brassing on the crown, but this may be the reflections.
I have looked at a few of the items that he has sold, it's mostly cheap jewellery - I'd say that the seller is not a watch expert and is as likely to have been taken in as anyone else. He also wants payment to a PO Box number, never a good sign for after sales service.
It would be interesting to know what other items were in the jewellery box in which this was found - their price might give an indication as to the genuineness of this.
It may be the bargain of the year, and then on the other hand...
