I am looking for a vintage omega on ebay, being very careful not to buy a fake.
I am very interested with one which looks very authentic. It's a very special model (a geneva "amirauté")which is registered in omega vintage database. the problem is : reference given by the seller is 166.038 and reference in the database is 166.0038
I was thinking maybe there could be some mistakes in the omega's database.
have you got some experience of some genuine omegas not being or being incorrectly recorded in this database ?
