The movement is certainly genuine, and from about 1950. However, I'm a little dubious about the case and face. The case has SC which indicates that the watch should have centre seconds rather than a sub-dial and 332 movements have sub-seconds. There also appears to be a dot between the S and the C - I've never seen that before.
I would think that the dial has been refaced, non-seamster/ constellations of this era usually had either all the numbers or just the the even numbers on the dial but then the numerals and batons look as if they could be genuine omega.
