Sorry that I didn't get back, I've been travelling about since late March and also horribly busy.
Unfortunately, the picture has now gone from eBay - fortunately, not all constellations have a star - many of the older models, particularly dress-type ones, lacked one, as did many of the quartz movement ones.
At this late stage, I think that the only way forward is to seek out your friendly watchmaker and ask him to have a look inside - he will tell you quickly enough if it is genuine or not. And if it is - and it probably is, he might advise as to whether a service is required, which is always a good idea when buying a second-hand watch.
