Looks genuine. I have one completely identical except for the dial. This is the Seamaster 600 series (so named because they used the calibre 600 series movements).
Looks like the dial was repainted on that one. On mine the rim around the date is silver, not painted. Also the "Seamaster" was not reproduced in quite the right lettering style. And on mine, it has "600" below Seamaster and the "Swiss Made" appears below the minute markers.
But other than an imperfect repainting of the dial, it seems perfectly normal and legit.
