The watch with bracelet weighs just over 6 ounces.
The crystal appears to me mineral, and is curved convex.
Both crowns are signed.
The helium valve is functional as far as I can tell (It is a functioning valve that allows for equalization of pressure between the ambient and the watch movement cavity).
The bracelet links are solid, and the link pins are threaded (screw-type) pins.
Case/bezel diameter: 41mm.
Case/crystal thickness (height): 14mm.
Inside of case back has NO markings.
The following pics were taken with natural outside light in an attempt to provide the most failthful color rendition:

It has been pointed out to me that an authentic Omega 007 Seamaster will have the helium relief valve located slightly above the 10 o'clock position, and that the date disolay will be black legend on a white background.
I hope these pics and description are helpful toward preventing sale/purchase of fake Omega's.
