including counterfeit, replica, Frankenwatches and other fake or bastardized pieces.
Our objective here is to DISCOURAGE the sales and purchase of counterfeit
wristwatch and jewelry products. It is also for helping people identify
watches that are mostly authentic, but have been: altered for personal customization,
repaired with inappropriate parts or modified to be passed off as more valuable pieces.

authenticity of a product or provide new clues for identifying counterfeit products.

deleted. Links to websites of sellers of counterfeit items are not permitted -- we
know they are out there and do not need to be encouraging them by sending traffic

genda gents watch
hi everyone, i need some help if possible please. over the weekend i picked up a wristwatch from a car boot for only one pound, a nice looking peice marked on the face genda 15 jewels shock protected waterproof antimagnetic ,the second counter is just above the six and it is swiss made, it is a manual wind with no date and lumed hands,on opening the unsigned back it has nice looking movement with cal 200 and 27608 on it,it looks about 40-50 years old but depite trawling the internet and various watchsites i can find no trace of the maker at all . watch works well and keeps good time ,probably a piece of tatt but looks the part, any help greatly appreciated.
