The claim that that is a $5,150 retail price watch is grossly incorrect. That's the retail on the much more expensive titanium and 18K gold version.
The retail price on the steel version they are selling was about $3,395. So a reasonable maximum price to pay for a used one would be about $1,700.
But otherwise, the watch looks real to me.
