Hi. I nearly bought this Omega Seamaster Pro from a reputable Australian auction house, but was a. unsure at the last minute and b. outbid anyway. I've looked at the fakes guide and everything seems legit, EXCEPT, that it definitely has a BLACK face and steel bezel. I have been led to understand that Omega never made a Seamaster Pro (300m diver) with skeleton hands AND black dial. Could it be a repair with inappropriate dial? The watch came with "original papers" (which I didn't inspect).
The watch sold at auction for AU$2400 + 16.5% commission = AU$2800, not a good price, considering that the first "cash" price I was offered for the same (but blue dial) watch at the local jeweller was AU$2995, new.
What do you think?
