Is it normal for the inside of the watch to move when the watch is shaken? I shook my wrist very vigorously the other day to prove a point during a conversation and my automatic 1000 meter diver stopped! Once i shook it vigorously again it started back up...does the movement need to be cleaned? Was my watch not sufficiently wound up...i haven't worn it continously for the last 2 or 3 days.
