Gasket for Autavia 1163 caseback

Hello
I have to replace the gasket of my Autavia 1163 caseback but I have no idea where I can find that, and I don't want to send my watch for service just for a gasket replacement.
Anyone can help me ? And by the way, any idea of the size I should search for: diameter and thickness?
