Experence doing it yourself. But Chuks guys will likely service it also.
But to just remove the turning plastic bezel is easy, But by now is a a bet brettel so be gentel . The crystal will come off with the bezel.

Now hold down the reset button if you dont have the correct tool a wooden tooth pick will work and put the pionter at the position and push it on tighter with the tooth pick end on the bit that is on the pointer staff. Before you put the bezel on try it a few times. This will get you to enjoy your wounderful timer untell you can get the full service. Its really as easy as unlocking your car.
