We have seen this on many of the Cal 12 movements.
Presumably, Heuer had ordered a lot of the Cal 11 movements, with "Cal 11" marked on the bridge. When Heuer switched from Call 11 specifications to Cal 12 specifications, it appears that they simply re-marked the bridges to show "Cal 12".
So nothing to worry about.
